Absolutely! Our classes are designed for children of all abilities and experience levels. Your child will be welcomed into a supportive and inclusive environment.

Sessions are focused on participation, enjoyment, and personal growth rather than perfect poses. Every child is encouraged to learn at their own pace and celebrate their own progress.

Yes, parents are to remain on site during sessions in a designated seating area. We have a strict one parent per child policy and conversations should be kept to a minimum during sessions to preserve the calm and mindful atmosphere.

We understand that trying something new can feel a little daunting for some children. To help keep classes calm and child-focused, I encourage parents to support from the side rather than joining in with every activity, as this can sometimes feel overwhelming for little ones.

There is always a settling-in period while children build confidence, and there’s never any pressure to participate. If a child isn’t ready for a particular activity, that’s absolutely fine. As I always say, their mat is their safe space, and they’re welcome to join in whenever they feel ready.

Comfortable, stretchy clothing and bare feet or non-slip socks are ideal for participation.

Please bring drinking water.

Yoga mats and all props are provided.
